Information on delivery and shipping.

Depending on the volume, shipping is either by DHL, freight forwarding (to curb) or PostAT. Items in stock will be handed over to the shipper on the same day if payment is received before 11 am.

In the case of an order with several items, the longest delivery time applies. The time limit for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after issuance of the payment order to the remitting bank or with other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract to run and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery to the non-EU.

Skapetze Lichtmacher of course delivers all products also to non-EU countries. The following applies here: When exporting from Germany to non-EU countries, we do not charge German VAT. Rather, the taxes, customs duties and any other import costs to be borne by you depend on the law in your country. In order for the prices to be displayed to you without VAT, all you need to do is log in to our online store.

Comfort shipping to Switzerland.

Orders to Switzerland can be purchased via the purchasing service of meinEinkauf.ch.Prior to your purchase, please read the Price list and the Procedure of orders via meinEinkauf.ch For questions about orders with meinEinkauf.ch please contact the Skapetze Customer service. Otherwise, we will take care of the entire shipping process to Switzerland for you.

Please note: You bear the import costs as well as your domestic VAT.

1. Log in to the online store to see the net prices. 
2. Order with your Skapetze customer account and you will receive an invoice excluding German VAT. 
3. Our parcel service or the shipping company will handle the customs and charge all costs incurred directly to you, independently of Skapetze:

• Parcel Service: Your goods will be shipped as a parcel whenever possible. You will be charged a fee for customs clearance - depending on the service provider and the value of the goods, as well as the VAT applicable in your country.
• Freight forwarding: Everything that cannot be shipped by a parcel service is freight forwarded. In this case you will incur import costs (including import customs clearance, import tax clearance, paperwork, fees and presentation commission) of approx. 110 - 130 CHF (information without guarantee). In addition, you will be charged the VAT valid in your country once.
