Dim2Warm

To change the mood and ambiance of a room, many people prefer a lamp with a dimming function. There are various dimming options available, and one of them is Dim2Warm. The light color of lamps and light sources with the Dim2Warm function becomes warmer as the lamp is dimmed, gradually shifting toward the warm white spectrum. Therefore, the lower the lamp or light bulb is dimmed, the more yellowish the light appears. What has long been possible with incandescent bulbs is now also available for LEDs. With LED lights, the Dim2Warm feature not only reduces light intensity and produces less bright light when dimming, but also generates warmer light—creating a truly cozy atmosphere. Consequently, the color temperature also changes in the lower dimming range, reaching warm white levels of 2800K to 3000K or very warm white levels of 2000K, depending on the light fixture. With Dim2Warm, even an LED lamp can mimic candlelight.
