The Chimera lights of Artemide are a design classic from Vico Magistretti, designed in 1969, but still modern and decorative. The collection includes a floor lamp and a table lamp called Mezzachimera.
Both models have a diffuser with a flowing, wave -like shape. It consists of hot curved methacrylate, the opal white surface of which is reminiscent of noble glass. The light is divided into diffuse and turns the lamp into a column of light with almost unreal appearance. But even when switched off, the Chimera shines are an attractive jewelry for a room corner or a sideboard. The diffuser rests on a subtle base made of white -painted metal.
