With the Tagalog ceiling light from Lucide, you bring a nature-inspired lighting concept close to the ceiling: a round bamboo shade with a matt black base combines Scandinavian clarity with Japanese reduction. With a diameter of 40 cm and a height of 22 cm, the light is also suitable for rooms with low ceilings, where a pendant light would take up too much space.
The lower end of the shade is open, allowing the light to flow freely into the room while the bamboo softly diffuses it. This creates even ambient lighting without harsh light edges – well suited for living rooms and dining rooms, as well as hallways or bedrooms.
For operation, you need a E27 bulb with a maximum of 40 watts, which is available separately. This lets you choose the brightness and light colour freely – with a dimmable bulb and an external dimmer, the light can also be smoothly adjusted. Mounting accessories are included; thanks to protection class II, the light is double insulated.
