What installation depth is required?

For the installation of the Santa Deep recessed spotlight, an installation depth of approx. 4 cm is required. Please make sure that your ceiling offers sufficient space for installation.

How many spotlights do I need for a room?

This depends on the room size and the desired brightness. A rule of thumb is: per square meter, around 5–7 watts of LED power. For optimal illumination of a 20 m² room, we recommend 6–8 spotlights.

Does the spotlight get hot?

No, thanks to the efficient LED technology, the spotlight remains pleasantly cool during operation and gives off only minimal heat. This also makes it safe for installation in wooden ceilings.
