Discover high-quality bathroom lighting, bathroom mirror lights and many more lights for the bathroom!

Turn your bathroom into your individual wellness oasis with the right bathroom lighting. While the mirror lighting provides you with perfect support when applying make-up and hairdressing, a pretty inner lamp, such as an LED ceiling lamp, ensures a light and pleasant head in the bathroom.

Since the bathroom should be both very bright, often functional lighting is in the foreground and at the same time acts as a retreat and relaxation location with a subdued light, the lights should be flexible and take into account the range in which water splash could hit the lamp.

Technical requirements of bathroom lamps for maximum comfort

If you want to relax when showering or in the bathtub, the bathroom lighting in the form of ceiling and hanging lights should be dimmable and ideally controllable with remote control. RGB lights such as LED panels in particular are perfect for a colorful light game.

In our lamp shop you will find numerous suitable smart home lamps for accent or general lighting that you can buy safely and cheaply.

Which is the right IP protection type in the case of lighting in the bathroom?

When buying a bathroom lamp, you should make sure that the lamp has a protection class of at least IP44 because the bathroom is a moisture room. These lights are protected against condensation and splash water and are suitable for protection area 2, i.e. everything at a distance of 60 cm to the shower or tub.

For protection area 1, as directly above the shower, IPX5 is required. In protection area 0, the interior of shower and tub, the lamp must have at least IPX7 in order to be protected from immersion.

An absolute must: a practical mirror light

The most important thing in a mirror is sufficient and glare -free light. Make sure that your mirror lamp is bright enough for routines such as make-up or shave. LED lights are particularly suitable for this and can be attached to the side or above the mirror.

A mirror light alone is not enough as a light source - you need additional ceiling lights for general lighting in the room.

More light with a bathroom ceiling lighting

Ceiling lights bring basic brightness into the bathroom and ensure general lighting. They are usually placed in the middle of the room and shine evenly. Many bathroom ceiling lamps are subtle and space-saving, ideal for small rooms.

The bathroom wall lamp for direct or indirect light

Waterproof wall lights complement the bathroom lighting with decorative effects. Bathroom table lights can also illuminate niches and highlight bathroom accessories.

Which light color is suitable in the bathroom?

The right light color depends on the time of day and activity. Warm white light is perfect for relaxing evenings, while neutral white light helps with make -up or shaving in the morning. Ceiling lights that are adaptable in color and brightness are best.

Indirect light in the bathroom

Indirect light creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition to wall lights, LED strips are also ideal, e.g. in the shower or under the bathtub. Let your creativity run free or let us help you as a light professional to find the right bathroom lamps!
