Areas of application of light in the hotel industry

With hotel lighting, the choice of light color is crucial. Warm and neutral and white lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, while cold-white lighting is more suitable for outdoor areas. Therefore, hotel rooms, restaurants and bars are mainly used for warm or neutral and white, dimmable lighting to adapt to the time of day. Pleasant basic lighting in the evening is important, while bright fixed lighting should be avoided because it is often perceived as uncomfortable.

Good light is also crucial in wellness areas and saunas. Colored, controllable lighting with RGBW strips or wall wazers is used to promote well-being and set special accents on clinker walls, suspended blankets or niches.
