Complaint of a product
Complaints about products should not be, but can occur. Whether through manufacturer or transport damage - we will find a solution together.
We ask you to check the goods for optical damage immediately after receipt and to inform us promptly in such a case.
For the processing of the complaint, we need an email, stating your order or customer number to service@kapetze.com with photos, whereby the defects described are clearly recognizable. We will then forward this directly to the manufacturer. As soon as we have the manufacturer's answer, we will contact you to discuss the further steps.
Returns
It's a shame that the order obviously did not fit completely. Please check first whether there is an alternative application of your order. This could avoid unnecessary and environmentally stressful shipping routes. Thank you for your commitment at this point! According to the right of withdrawal, consumers can step back from a purchase. This right of withdrawal applies to Skapetze. The revocation law according to §355 BGB does not apply to entrepreneurs of all kinds.
- If the return is inevitable, please fill out the return slip (photo) that you received together with your shipment email. Please let us know the reason for the return.
- In order to protect the environment, the return costs must be borne by the buyer. We hope for your understanding. You can send the goods back to us with a shipping service provider.
- Please add a copy of the delivery note or invoice to your package so that our return department can process your return quickly.

- It takes about 3-5 days for the package to arrive in our warehouse.
- As soon as the return has arrived, you will either receive a refund about the originally used payment method or a credit for the next day. This can take up to 14 days.
- Please note that personalized products that are configured or converted for you cannot be returned, unless there is a production error.
Can I summarize several returns in one package?
Yes. However, make sure that you note this in the return case. The transaction numbers are sufficient for Amazon customers.
Please note the following return conditions:
- The product is in its original condition and originally packed. The article must be reduced.
- Original labels can be attached to lamps and lights. These must not be removed.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal is not in the following contracts: contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination of the consumer is decisive or that clearly on the personal needs of the consumer are tailored (conversions, holes, cuts of products and, individual extensions of cables & hangings).
- For companies of all kinds, §355 BGB has no right of withdrawal.
