Information on delivery and shipping
Depending on the volume, shipping is either via DHL, freight forwarder (up to the curb) or post. Storage items will be handed over to the sender on the same day before 11:00 a.m.
When ordering with several articles, the longest delivery time applies. The deadline for the delivery begins to run in advance in advance in advance after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
Delivery to non-EU
skapetze® Of course, all products also deliver to non-EU countries. The following applies here: No German VAT will be collected by us when exporting from Germany to non-EU countries. Rather, the taxes, tariffs and any further import costs to be borne by you are based on the law in your country. In order for you to display the prices without VAT, you only need to register in our online shop.
Comfort shipping to Switzerland
Orders in Switzerland can be made via the shopping service from MeinEinkauf.ch. Please read the price list and the process of the orders via Mein Einkauf.ch before shopping! If you have any questions about orders with meinErauf.ch, please contact the skapetze® Customer service. Otherwise we take over the complete handling of shipping to Switzerland for you.
Please note: You wear the import costs and the domestic VAT.
1. Register in the online shop to see the net prices.
2. Order with your skapetze® Customer account and you receive an invoice for exclusive German VAT.
3. Our parcel service or the freight forwarder handles customs and calculates all incurred costs regardless of skapetze® Directly to you:
- Parcel service Your goods will always be sent as a package if possible. For you, a fee for customs processing - depending on the service provider and the value of the goods as well as the VAT valid in your country.
- Freight forwarder Everything that cannot be sent with a parcel service is forwarding goods. In this case, import costs (including import customs clearance, import tax handling, papers, fees and template commissions) of approx. CHF 110 - 130 (information without guarantee) are incurred. In addition, the VAT valid in your country will be calculated once.
