Information on delivery and shipping

Depending on the volume, shipping is carried out either via DHL, freight carrier (kerbside delivery) or PostAT. Items in stock are handed over to the shipper on the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am.

For orders with multiple items, the longest delivery time applies. The delivery period for advance payment starts on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it starts on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.

Delivery to non-EU countries

skapetze® naturally delivers all products to non-EU countries as well. The following applies: when exporting from Germany to non-EU countries, we do not charge German VAT. Instead, the taxes, customs duties and any other import costs to be borne by you are governed by the law in your country. In order for prices to be shown without VAT, you only need to register in our online shop.

Convenient shipping to Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland can be placed via the shopping service from meinEinkauf.ch. Please read the price list and the order process via meinEinkauf.ch before making your purchase! If you have any questions about orders with meinEinkauf.ch, please contact skapetze® customer service. Otherwise, we will handle the complete processing of shipping to Switzerland for you.

Please note: You are responsible for import costs as well as local VAT.

1. Log in to the online shop to see net prices.

2. Order with your skapetze® customer account and you will receive an invoice excluding German VAT.

3. Our parcel service or freight carrier will handle customs clearance and bill all incurred costs directly to you, independently of skapetze®:

  • Parcel service
  • Wherever possible, your goods are shipped as a parcel. You will be charged a customs clearance fee – depending on the service provider and the value of the goods – as well as the VAT applicable in your country.
  • Freight carrier
  • Everything that cannot be shipped by parcel service is freight goods. In this case, import costs are incurred for you (including import customs clearance, import tax clearance, documents, fees and forwarding commissions) of approx. CHF 110 - 130 (information without guarantee). In addition, the VAT applicable in your country will be charged once.
