Your tasks

• Prepare and ship parcels
• Assist in our logistics department
• Assemble, convert, and customize luminaires
• Carry out practical work in the showroom and on the company premises
• Perform smaller gardening tasks, for example mowing the lawn

• Maintenance, structuring, and optimization of product and manufacturer data
• Working with modern AI tools to automate data and e-commerce processes

Your responsibilities

• Building and further developing a practical controlling system for our e-commerce business
• Calculation and analysis of contribution margins (per order, product, channel, and country)
• Evaluation and assessment of the profitability of our marketing channels (Google, Meta, marketplaces, etc.)
• Setting up a weekly KPI dashboard for management
• Analysis and optimization of shipping costs, payment fees, and margins
• Support in purchasing and inventory controlling (stock levels, coverage periods, top-seller analyses)
• Further development of forecasts (revenue, demand, development)
• Derivation of concrete recommendations for action for marketing, purchasing, and management
• Close collaboration with management, marketing, and the e-commerce team
