My experience at Skapetze was positive and transformative. It shaped my professional profile and expanded my understanding of the world of work. 2. What did you like about your internship?

3. What was the biggest challenge during your internship and how did you master it?

At the beginning of my internship I was of course nervous and insecure. Everything was new and unknown. The first challenge was to find the work processes and understand how the company works. But thanks to the support of my colleagues and the opportunity to actively contribute, I was able to successfully master this challenge and gain valuable experience.

4. What skills could you expand or re -acquire during your internship?

During my internship I was able to expand my existing skills and acquire many new ones. In particular, my skills in customer communication and my general language skills have improved enormously through daily practice. I also achieved a deeper understanding of the dynamics and complexity of the market and improved my analytical skills.

A project that I particularly remembered was the contact with external partners in Lower Bavaria and Austria to submit cooperation proposals. My tasks at Skapetze were diverse and challenging. This included, among other things, the creation and optimization of texts, image processing with Photoshop and the cooperation in projects such as the internationalization of the Skapetze Website. With this wide range of tasks, I had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of different aspects of business operations and to expand my skills in different areas.

12. What are you studying? What training do you do?

I study business psychology at the Technical University in Deggendorf, a course that offers me the opportunity to combine my interests and skills in a variety of areas. This training offers me a solid basis for my future career and I look forward to putting what you have learned into practice.
