1. how would you describe your overall experience of the internship at skapetze® summarize?

My experience of the internship at skapetze® was positive and transformative. It has shaped my professional profile and broadened my understanding of the world of work. I gained a wealth of professional and practical knowledge and had the opportunity to work side by side with inspiring colleagues. They have supported me on my journey and helped me to develop both as a professional and as a person.

2. what did you like best about your internship with us?

I would particularly like to emphasize the positive and open-minded working atmosphere at skapetze®. The respectful and appreciative interaction with one another has shown me how important a good corporate culture is for the well-being and performance of employees.

3. what was the biggest challenge during your internship and how did you overcome it?

At the beginning of my internship, I was naturally nervous and unsure. Everything was new and unfamiliar. The first challenge was getting to grips with the work processes and understanding how the company works. But thanks to the support of my colleagues and the opportunity to get actively involved, I was able to successfully overcome this challenge and gain valuable experience.

4. what skills were you able to expand or acquire during your internship with us?

During my internship, I was able to expand my existing skills and acquire many new ones. In particular, my customer communication skills and general language skills have improved enormously through daily practice. I also gained a deeper understanding of the dynamics and complexity of the market and improved my analytical skills.

5. were there certain projects or tasks during an internship that you found particularly rewarding?

One project that I particularly remember was contacting external partners in Lower Bavaria and Austria to make cooperation proposals. This task was not only new and exciting, but it also gave me the opportunity to learn negotiation skills and use my creativity. It has been an exciting adventure that has broadened my perspective on business development and partnerships. The lessons and experiences I gained during my internship at skapetze® are far-reaching and will have a profound impact on my future career. In particular, the insight into the different aspects of marketing and the opportunity to practically apply my knowledge in the areas of digital design and customer communication have prepared me well for the professional future.

7. what did you think of the corporate culture at skapetze® during your internship? Are there any aspects that struck you as particularly positive?

skapetze® has a very familiar and supportive corporate culture, which I particularly liked. It promotes cohesion and cooperation and creates a working environment in which you feel comfortable and valued. I particularly liked how the company emphasizes shared activities, such as eating together or playing golf. These activities help to strengthen relationships between employees and create a positive atmosphere.

8. do you have any suggestions on how we can improve the experience of future interns?

In terms of suggestions for improvement for future interns, I honestly can't think of anything. I think the company already has an excellent structure and culture that provides a positive and enriching experience for interns. It shows that skapetze® places great emphasis on creating an inspiring and nurturing environment for young talent.

9. how did you find working with the team and supervisors during your internship?

Working with the team and supervisors was characterized by great professionalism and mutual respect. The regular meetings gave me the opportunity to share my thoughts, ideas and challenges and receive valuable feedback. This open and transparent communication contributed significantly to my learning success.

10. what is the most valuable piece of advice you received during your internship?

One piece of advice I was given during my internship that is particularly important to me is: "Don't be afraid to ask for help." This advice has shown me that it is okay to seek support and that it is actually a sign of strength to recognize when you need help. It reminded me that we are stronger together and that by working together it is possible to achieve greater goals.

11. what activities did you do during your internship with us?

My tasks during my internship at skapetze® were varied and challenging. These included creating and optimizing texts, image editing with Photoshop and working on projects such as the internationalization of the skapetze® website. Through this wide range of tasks, I had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of different aspects of business operations and expand my skills in various areas.

12. what are you studying? What training are you doing?

I am studying Business Psychology at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, a degree program that gives me the opportunity to combine my interests and skills in a variety of areas. This training provides me with a solid foundation for my future career and I am looking forward to putting what I have learned into practice.
