My experience at Skapetze has been positive and transformative. It has shaped my professional profile and broadened my understanding of the world of work. I have gained a wealth of technical and practical knowledge and had the opportunity to work side by side with inspiring colleagues. They have supported me along the way and helped me to develop both as a professional and as a person.

2. What did you like most about your internship with us?

I would particularly like to emphasize the positive and open-minded working atmosphere at Skapetze. The respectful and appreciative way in which we treat each other has shown me how important a good corporate culture is for the well-being and performance of employees.

3. What was the biggest challenge during your internship and how did you overcome it?

At the beginning of my internship, I was naturally nervous and unsure. Everything was new and unfamiliar. The first challenge was to find my way into the work processes and understand how the company works. But thanks to the support of my colleagues and the opportunity to get actively involved, I was able to successfully overcome this challenge and gain valuable experience.

4. What skills were you able to expand or acquire during your internship with us?

During my internship, I was able to expand my existing skills and acquire many new ones. In particular, my customer communication skills and my general language skills have improved enormously through daily practice. I have also gained a deeper understanding of the dynamics and complexity of the market and improved my analytical skills.

5. Were there any particular projects or tasks that you found particularly enriching?

One project that particularly sticks in my memory was reaching out to external partners in Lower Bavaria and Austria to make cooperation proposals. Not only was this task new and exciting, but it also gave me the opportunity to learn negotiation skills and use my creativity. It was an exciting adventure that broadened my perspective on business development and partnerships. The lessons and experiences I gained during my internship at Skapetze are far-reaching and will have a profound impact on my future career. In particular, the insight into the various aspects of marketing and the opportunity to practically apply my knowledge in the areas of digital design and customer communication have prepared me well for my professional future.

7. How did you perceive the corporate culture at Skapetze? Are there any aspects that stood out to you as particularly positive?

Skapetze has a very familial and supportive company culture, which I particularly liked. It promotes cohesion and collaboration and creates a work environment in which you feel comfortable and valued. I was particularly impressed by how the company values ​​​​communal activities, such as eating together or playing golf. These activities help to strengthen relationships between employees and create a positive atmosphere.

In terms of suggestions for improvement for future interns, I honestly can't think of anything. I think the company already has an excellent structure and culture that offers a positive and enriching experience for interns. It shows that Skapetze places great importance on creating an inspiring and nurturing environment for young talent.

The collaboration with the team and superiors was characterized by great professionalism and mutual respect. The regular meetings gave me the opportunity to share my thoughts, ideas and challenges and to receive valuable feedback. 10. What is the most valuable advice you received during your internship?

One piece of advice I was given during my internship that is particularly important to me is: "Don't be afraid to ask for help." This advice showed me that it's OK to seek support and that recognizing when you need help is actually a sign of strength. It reminded me that we are stronger together and that by working together, it is possible to achieve bigger goals.

11. What activities did you do with us?

My tasks at Skapetze were varied and challenging. These included, among other things, the creation and optimization of texts, image editing with Photoshop and working on projects such as the internationalization of the Skapetze website. Through this wide range of tasks, I had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of different aspects of business operations and to expand my skills in various areas.

12. What are you studying? What training are you doing?

I am studying business psychology at the Technical University in Deggendorf, a course that offers me the opportunity to combine my interests and skills in a variety of areas. This training provides me with a solid foundation for my future career and I am looking forward to putting what I have learned into practice.
