"After I was able to get an impression of my internship company in the first couple of weeks, I can now write the first blog post of my life. Yes, skapetze® gives you a lot of freedom at work. My name is Svenja and I've been working as an intern at skapetze® for 12 weeks now. I'm currently studying business administration at the technical university in Deggendorf and am completing my 18-week mandatory internship here at {{df2ebebebe2a82f3a475b5d98053bf610d}}."
On my first day at {{df2ebebebe2a82f3a475b5d98053bf610d}}, I was warmly welcomed, shown my workplace straight away and given a tour of the whole company, where I was able to get to know all the employees. This immediately eased my initial insecurities, as I knew that I would be warmly welcomed. I was then given my first tasks so that I could get started straight away.
Boring tasks and simply doing the time - that's how many internships work, but not at skapetze®. I was assigned various tasks and was also allowed to attend meetings. When I was given a new task, it was explained to me clearly so that I could complete it without any problems. I was allowed to get a taste of different departments, complete various projects and also see behind the scenes. When and how long I worked on a project was also up to me. This trust motivated me to give my best and gave me the feeling of being part of the team.
skapetze® is a family business and this is also reflected in the working atmosphere. The atmosphere in the workplace is relaxed and easy-going. The company is built on mutual respect and tolerance and works together as a team. During my internship, there was never a single time when someone didn't take enough time to deal with my concerns or I even had the feeling that I might be annoying if I asked another question. On the contrary, I always had someone to talk to. This team atmosphere makes work fun and gives you a feeling of acceptance.
Future-oriented companies like skapetze® give employees creative freedom. Anyone can express new ideas at any time. Whether it's a new idea for a lamp or a suggestion for improving work, everyone can contribute - even as an intern ;-). That's why it's up to you how you approach the tasks you're given, and for most people today, diversity is particularly important when looking for a job. Yes, because what's worse than doing the same boring task every day? Due to the diverse combination of assigned tasks and flexible work schedules, no day is better than the other. So every morning I was really looking forward to what the day ahead would bring.
At skapetze® I was able to gain real practical experience. Not only was I able to find out what day-to-day work is like in an up-and-coming company, but I also got to know my own strengths and expand my skills. For example, through tasks such as article creation, media design, creating content on various websites or working with CMS systems.
No local company is as fascinating as skapetze®. A capable company that takes care of its employees and sells high-quality products.
Who wouldn't want to work for a company like this?
