ZigBee - almost unlimited compatibility
ZigBee is a cross-manufacturer wireless standard that has the advantage over other wireless standards of being particularly energy efficient and enabling a large range. This has made the standard particularly popular in the smart home sector and in lighting control.
ZigBee 3.0 devices are compatible with each other, so that devices from different manufacturers can be used with one control center. You can control our ZigBee 3.0 controllers and lamps via the separately available iLight ZigBee gateway or remote control or via other gateways such as those from Philips Hue or IKEA TRÅDFRI.

Compatible with Philips Hue
Our ZigBee bulbs and ZigBee controllers are compatible with the Philips Hue Gateway and the IKEA TRÅDFRI Gateway, among others. You can easily integrate the bulbs and LED strips into Apple HomeKit, Google Home or Alexa using Philips Hue. If you use a ZigBee-enabled Alexa, you do not need an additional gateway to control our ZigBee components with Alexa.
