They are more likely to think about kitchen ceiling lights, kitchen pendant lights or kitchen wall lights. However, the importance of under-cabinet lights for the kitchen should not be overlooked. Under-cabinet lights are ideal kitchen lamps or direct light sources for typical tasks such as cutting vegetables or cleaning. They are hardly noticeable and do not take up any space.

However, make sure that the under-cabinet light is suitable for the material of your kitchen. You can get this information from the fire protection symbol on the light you are installing. If you want to be on the safe side, we always recommend LED under-cabinet lights.

Since LEDs hardly generate any heat, these lights are particularly suitable as under-cabinet lights or as built-in furniture lights. Furthermore, kitchen lights are often switched on for long periods of time and should therefore be as energy-efficient as possible. In addition, many under-cabinet lights have built-in sensors that react to hand movements. Depending on the light, you can use this to regulate the brightness or switch the light on and off. These features give you maximum user comfort, which is a lot of fun!
