skapetze® thinks green

Under the motto “Together for a Green Future”, the company skapetze® held a tree planting event in the local forest area at Schellenberg on May 10, 2025.

The goal was to plant 1,000 new trees together with employees, their families, and local supporters, thereby actively contributing to climate protection and the regional forest health.

Commitment with Heart and Hand

“We want to take responsibility – for the environment, for future generations, and for the region where we live and work,” said Daniel Skapetze, managing director of the namesake family business.

Program:

• 07:30: Meeting point at skapetze® company headquarters (Passauer Str. 136, 84359 Simbach a. Inn), followed by shuttle to Schellenberg.
  
• 08:00: Official start of the event & welcome of all participants by Daniel Skapetze (Managing Director skapetze®) and employees of the Bavarian State Forests including a short briefing.
  
• 08:15: Planting time in small teams with photo and video documentation(Planter group)

• approx. 10:00: Start of the Schellenberg hike (Enjoyer group)
  
• approx. 12:00 Lunch with regional & sustainable snacks in the forest as well as relaxed exchange & enjoyment
  
• approx. 14:00: Conclusion of the tree planting action

With the planting action, skapetze® sets a visible sign for lived sustainability – as a heart project that goes far beyond symbolic CSR measures.
