• Establishing and further developing practical controlling for our e-commerce business
• Calculation and analysis of contribution margins (per order, product, channel, and country)

• Building a weekly KPI dashboard for management
• Analysis and optimization of shipping costs, payment fees, and margins

• Further development of forecasts (revenue, demand, growth)
