Information on Delivery and Shipping

Depending on the volume, shipping is done either via DHL, freight forwarding (to the curbside), or PostAT. In-stock items will be handed over to the shipper on the same day if payment is received before 11:00 AM.

For an order with multiple items, the longest delivery time applies. The delivery period begins with payment by advance payment on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a nationally recognized public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day will replace such a day.

Delivery to Non-EU Countries

skapetze® naturally delivers all products to non-EU countries as well. Here it applies: No German VAT is charged by us for exports from Germany to non-EU countries. Rather, the taxes, customs duties, and any additional import costs that you bear are determined by the laws in your country. To have prices displayed without VAT, you only need to register in our online shop.

Comfort Shipping to Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland can be placed via the shopping service of meinEinkauf.ch. Please read the price list and the ordering process via meinEinkauf.ch before shopping! For questions about orders with meinEinkauf.ch, please contact the skapetze® customer service. Otherwise, we will handle the entire shipping process to Switzerland for you.

Please note: You will bear the import costs as well as the domestic VAT.

1. Register in the online shop to see the net prices.

2. Order with your skapetze® customer account and you will receive an invoice excluding German VAT.

3. Our parcel service or freight forwarding handles customs clearance and passes on all incurred costs directly to you, regardless of skapetze®:

• Parcel service
• Your goods will be shipped as a package whenever possible. A fee for customs clearance will be incurred for you, depending on the service provider and the value of the goods as well as the applicable VAT in your country.
• Freight forwarding
• Everything that cannot be shipped with a parcel service is freight goods. In this case, import costs (including customs clearance, import tax clearance, documents, fees, and presentation commissions) of approximately 110 - 130 CHF will be incurred for you (information without guarantee). Additionally, the applicable VAT in your country will be charged once.
