YOUR TASKS

• Development, implementation & optimization of performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Analysis & evaluation of relevant KPIs to improve performance
• Continuous optimization of SEA & paid social campaigns
• A/B testing to identify best performers
• Development of new strategies for lead generation & conversion optimization
• Close collaboration with the content & graphic team to create targeted advertising materials
• Market & competitive analyses to identify new potentials
• Budget planning & performance controlling for maximum efficiency
• Reporting & presentation of campaign results to management
• Opportunity to test & further develop new digital marketing channels

WHAT YOU BRING

• Passion for digital marketing & performance campaigns – Analytical & results-oriented
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & other performance marketing tools – You know the best practices

We are looking for support for our company in the form of a flexible all-rounder (m/f/d). Whether in logistics, showroom work, or luminaire conversions, bring your technical skills to us. We showcase lighting in an exceptional way for our customers, especially with our own brand s.luce, creating an emotional and unique lighting atmosphere. In our team of 25 employees, you will be the person who carries out the lighting designs of our planning team and helps perfect our customers’ home comfort.

Your tasks

• Luminaire conversions / customizations
• Work in the showroom (filling walls / luminaire installation)
• Support in logistics
• Work around the company premises
• Assistance with container deliveries
