Architecture lighting

Architectural lighting denotes the targeted staging of buildings, bridges, monuments or architectural elements by light. It emphasizes the peculiarities of architecture and creates a harmonious overall picture that combines aesthetics and functionality. By using modern lighting systems, facade structures can be emphasized, textures can be reinforced and certain details or forms can be accented.

In addition to the aesthetic function, architectural lighting contributes to the safe use of buildings and systems by offering orientation and illuminating dangerous areas such as stairs or inputs. Energy-efficient LED solutions are often used for this, which can be flexibly controlled and adapted. The color temperature also plays an important role: warm white light ensures an inviting atmosphere, while neutral white light looks more modern and functional. With lighting scenes, emotions can also be conveyed and urban areas can be designed sustainably.
