DIN EN 12193

DIN EN 12193 is the standard for the lighting of sports facilities inside and outdoors. It includes the most common sports in Europe. DIN EN 12193 Normt, among other things, the minimum requirements for illuminance, the glare limit, the uniformity and the color properties of the light sources. For individual sports, additional restrictions regarding the arrangement of the lights are specified for the glare limit.
