Electronic ballast

An electronic ballast (EVG) is an electronic circuit that is used in the lighting technology to operate fluorescent lamps and other gas load -based lamps.

The EVG converts the alternating current from the power grid to a higher frequency and reduces the voltage to the required level to ignite the lamp and have it worked without any problems.

Compared to magnetic ballasts, EVGS are more energy -efficient because they consume less energy and thus contribute to a longer lifespan of the lamps.

In addition, an EVG can also create higher light output and better color rendering.
