Constant regulation

In order to keep the lighting level or the illuminance in a room exactly constant, the constant lighting is used. If it is about a sunny day and it shines a lot of light through the windows, the artificial lighting is weakened. On the other hand, it gets dark outside and only a little sunlight gets into the room, so the lamps inside are brighter again so that the light remains constant throughout the day.

The constant light control then works with the help of sensors and presence detectors, which constantly carry out an actual-tight comparison and then automatically adapted the artificial light if necessary. They measure both the daylight flowing in and the lighting in the room - so the lights do not always have to run at the highest level. The sensors should be attached so that even with very deep rooms they grasp the light far away from the window and the lamps in the middle of the room deliver more brightness than those directly on the window. The light adjustment then usually takes place by a built -in dimmer.

Such a constant light regulation is often used in the trade and in office buildings, since this not only ensures constant brightness for workers, but also a lot of energy can also be saved.
