Power consumption

The so -called power consumption is often found under the terms lamp performance or wattage (the latter comes from English). It describes the electrical output from the supply network in the unit watts (abbreviated to W). To put it simply, the power consumption indicates how much electricity a lamp has to absorb in order to be able to shine.

If you now want to know the entire system output or system performance intake, this is easy to find out or calculate with the help of low pressure and high-pressure discharge lamps using the power consumption. All you have to do is add the performance and power consumption of the ballast and you already know the system performance (swing).
