Light source

An artificial lamp is understood by a light source, which in turn is then inserted into a lamp or is immediately installed there. The light source is then that ultimately converts electrical energy into light and thus shines. The lamp is then the frame around it, so to speak, which is responsible for the freedom of glare, the distribution and the steering of light.

Such light sources are available in many different versions - starting with light bulbs to halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps and energy -saving lamps up to LED. They all differ not only in their optics and shape, but also in the way they create light. With LEDs, for example, this happens with the help of a semiconductor, whereas a light wire is responsible for incandescent lamps. Furthermore, the individual light sources differ in their energy efficiency and still in many other areas - depending on use and use, it is therefore important to weigh up which lamps are best suited for one.
