A round opal glass balances between two long metal bars. Ilios is an elegant floor lamp for accent lighting in situations in which calm and not too light light is desired. A red, fluorescent insulation wedge at the bottom of the rods sets a minimal, colored accent. Ilios is a design classic from the early 1980s when Niedervolt-Halogenlucht agents were used. A secondary voltage of only 12 volts makes it possible to do without cables and achieve a uniquely easy expression. The opal glass ensures soft, pleasant light. To the back, the halogen bulb throws unfiltered light on the wall. As a result, the room is also indirectly illuminated.
