Very high-quality, stylish and quiet device

Looks stylish and not cheaply made like some of its competitors. The volume is also extremely low. Why only four stars? There is no timer (1h, 3h... etc.). Especially in the evening when you go to sleep, it would be desirable to have an off timer.
