La Traviata is a total work of art:

Architecture, light, poetry, dance and movement. It is an imaginary scene that enables the viewer to contemplate. The light creates a calm that strengthens the senses and makes hearing and perception of the surroundings easier. Wilson designed the product on stage with the same approach that it uses in all its expressive vehicles: The work is the result of the "reduction of the languages ​​of words, gestures and behaviors to its basic grammars, on the minimal structure of their complexity".

The result is completely abstract and cannot be interpreted, so that the viewer has the opportunity to associate his own, imaginative universe freely. Light is space, and nothing would have the same dimension without light. La Traviata consists of a main element made of semi-dated opaline PMMA and individual elements, "arrows", which are made from lentiflex two-dimensional technopolymer foils. Due to the transparency and the ability to liquefy light, selected elements are highlighted in Lentiflex with custom RGB LED modules. The edges of the individual elements are each sealed with a polycarbonate injection molding. The main structure is illuminated with the use of custom LEDs in warm white. To ensure that the main element and its individual elements can be connected without affecting the weight or transparency of the lamp, printed injection connections have been developed that are completely invisible. The La Traviata light sculpture is available in 2 sizes: 180 and 220.

Lentiflex® In order to meet the need for warm and even lighting even when the point -shaped light of the LED is present, an innovative material was developed and patented, which enables the light of the new lighting sources to be “fluid”. Lentiflex® was developed to meet this requirement based on a lens -shaped material that appears composed when viewing under the microscope as many prisms, which have the task of capturing the light and pointing them to a certain point. Since Slamp works exclusively with technopolymers in a plate shape, a special angle of inclination of the “arches” was developed, in which a variety of scattering effects can be achieved with a connection of several arches, up to the generation of the impression of a glowing waterfall.
