Description

Charlotte emerged from a world of illusion and from the challenge of transforming a two -dimensional element into an element with infinitely multiplied forms. The light is similar to that of waves that pull away from the shore and leave small illuminated drops. Charlotte's sculptural form seems to be shaped from a unique, flowing frame, similar to honeycomb. Its concentric, hexagonal shapes allow infinite views of the umbrella. The Charlotte series, consisting of 2 different hanging lights and this great standing light, was designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas for the Italian manufacturer Slamp.
