In the middle there is an opaque slice that slightly stands out and behind which the lamp hides. The disc is not only decoration, but also ensures that the light of the lamp does not dazzle. The design of the table lamp is reminiscent of an oyster, hence the name Oyster. The lamp represents the pearl, which is located in the oyster, the designer Jette Scheib, who comes from Germany and living in Barcelona, designed the Oyster light series. Scheib is looking for inspiration in their surroundings, people and in their behavior with each other and in dealing with objects. She designs functional lights with personality.
