DIN 67524

The DIN standard 67524 defines general quality criteria and guidelines in part 1 and offers 2 instructions for calculating and measuring the lighting in road tunnels and underpasses in part. This standard is specially designed for tunnels and underpasses with motor vehicle traffic.

  • DIN 67524 Part 1: focuses on the quality requirements of the lighting and offers practical implementation instructions. This version of the standard was last updated in January 2019.
  • DIN 67524 Part 2: Here the methods for calculating and measuring the quality features described in Part 1 are shown in detail. The last revision of this part took place in April 2024.
