Simply Dim

With the Simply Dim feature, the brightness of LED lights can be adjusted or dimmed quickly and easily using an existing light switch. This dimming feature allows you to change the lighting ambiance in the room as desired and set the right lighting for different activities or for relaxation. Simply Dim technology is a stepless dimmer that can adjust a lamp’s brightness from 100% down to just 10%. These stepless dimmers offer particularly high flexibility in adjustment, since you aren’t limited to just three or four preset brightness levels, as is the case with simple step dimmers. With Simply Dim, anyone can adjust the light intensity to their own preferences within the range of 100% to 10%. The entire system works with a simple light switch—whether it’s a toggle, pull-chain, cord, or wall switch. Simply Dim responds to the switching pulse, and the dimming process begins as soon as a light is turned back on immediately or within three seconds of being turned off. Simply Dim then recognizes that you want to adjust the brightness and activates the stepless dimmer. Once the dimmer reaches the darkest (10%) or brightest (100%) setting, the brightness remains at that level for about two seconds before Simply Dim starts the process again. It’s even very easy to save brightness settings with Simply Dim. To do this, simply turn off the light at the desired dimming level, and the stepless dimmer will remember it thanks to the memory function. As soon as the light is turned back on, it will shine at the saved brightness level.
