With the Simply DIM function, the brightness of LED lights can be easily and quickly adapted or dimmed using an existing light switch. With this dimmm function, the lighting mood in the room can be changed as desired and suitable light for different activities or for relaxing can be set. The Simply DIM technology is a stepless dimmer that can dim the brightness of a lamp from 100% to down to only 10%.

Especially with such stepless dimmers, you are very flexible in the setting, since you do not have to limit yourself to just three or four different preset brightness levels as with simple steps. Everyone can adjust the illuminate intensity at Simply Dim according to their own wishes in the area of ​​100% to 10%.

The whole thing works with a simple light switch-regardless of whether it is a tilt, pull, cord or wall switch. Simply DIM reacts via the switching impulse, whereby the dimming process starts as soon as a lamp is switched on directly or below three seconds after switching off. Then Simply Dim knows that you want to change the brightness and start the infinitely variable dimmer. If it has now reached the darkest (10%) or the brightest value (100%), the brightness lends about two seconds in this level before the Simply DIM is then restored.

Even brightness stores are very possible with Simply DIM. To do this, the lamp only has to be switched off when the dimensem setting is desired and the stepless dimmer remembers it through the memory function. As soon as the lighting is switched on again, it shines in the stored brightness.
