The Casambi XPress is a wireless light switch and a remote control at the same time. The XPress brings high flexibility to interior design, since furniture can be freely changed or walls can be rebuilt without having to take into account the cabling for light switches or their placement. The switch can be attached thanks to its wall bracket, wherever the user needs it and it enables direct access to all important functions of the CASAMBI light control.

The functionality of the Casambi network

Every Casambi module is also a transmitter and receiver. This creates its own Bluetooth network (mesh network). The modules communicate with each other and therefore do not need a central unit. A Casambi module automatically contacts all other reachable modules. This always ensures that all modules are up to date. The outdoor radio range is about 20m and expands from lamp to lamp. Two modules with different properties are currently available. Both modules can be easily combined in a network.
