Chanpen is the name of the light series that the designer Anon Pairot developed for the French lighting manufacturer Forestier. Chanpen means full moon and says a lot about the shape of the lamp. The lampshade is circular and actually looks like a full moon from the ceiling. The special thing about the material of the screen is that it is made from Abacá, i.e. from special hemp fibers. The differently thick fibers are in a diamond's root pattern that was laid by the screen frame. Anon Pairot has already worked for well -known companies such as Fendi, Habitat or Grohe and was able to work with natural and sustainable materials at Forestier , descendants and with Chanpen design a lamp from Hanf.
