The existing light switches in the 230 V domestic installation are all you need to dim the LED lights in 3 stages. The light output is reduced from 100% to 50% and then to 25% brightness by switching the light on and off several times. In this way, the intensity of the light can be easily adjusted to suit personal preferences. The LEDs only return to their highest brightness level after being switched off for a longer period of time. An additional dimmer is not required because the LED lamps do not need any additional ballasts or transformers.
