Melt is a ball of light with a beautiful irregular shape that creates a hypnotic effect of melting, blown glass. The surface of Melt is reminiscent of the interior of a melting glacier or pictures of space. In 2019 we supplemented the MELT product family with a custom-made Tom-dixon LED ring that was integrated into the base.
With Melt our experiments in the technologically advanced field of vacuumallization go in a new direction. Melt Chrom is a distorted light ball that was created from the collaboration with the radical Swedish design collective front.
