Beautiful lamp

We are very satisfied with the lamp, but the structure was not easy because no instructions are included.

At first I was very surprised that the show came on two different days. When I unpacked the rod, I was amazed at the "transparent" cover. In my eyes, this takes some getting used to. After that I desperately looked for the instructions - but without success. After I found the package .... I tried to find the instructions with the QR code. Unfortunately I only found the assembly instructions for the wall lamp. I removed the cover on the stick, the LED band below was not glued to about 70%, but loose. But this is not a problem.
The assembly of the other lamp also worked. The assembly of the bar on the floor slab could be somewhat gross. What I still did not find: What is the small Allen for?
Beautiful is: the different switches and dimmm variants.
Perhaps you could make the ring a little more variable in the future - from attaching to the staff.
At the woo chemical end I put the lamp in a switchable socket. Unfortunately, the lamp can no longer be switched on as soon as about 5 seconds have passed. Can you change this? (I am an electrician).
