The luminous flux is given in the size of lumens (abbreviated with LM). It is the radiation flow or light output, which is a Light source ultimately radiates. This means that with the unit you give lumen how bright a lamp is.

This value is therefore always given by the manufacturer, although the light flow does not contain any information about the spatial distribution of the light radiation, but rather takes into account the brightness. What is then included in the lumen is the sensitivity of the human eye, since this reacts differently in different wavelengths. The luminous flux is thus given with a weighted value.

Typical fluorescent flow values are around 1400 lumens of a 100-watt-Chlühbirne, a unilateral halogen lamp with up to 41,000 lumens and 230 and 806 lumens of LED Thread lamps. For comparison, a candle only has a light flow of around 10 lumens and therefore does not shine very brightly.
