Richard Sapper's Tizio table lamp was the first lamp with Niedervolt-Halogetechnik in 1972. Today she is a well -known design classic and, among other things, part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The Italian word tizio means "friend" and "buddy", a name that is well too face to face the uncomplicated and at the same time very male -looking work light.
Tizio is available in three sizes: Tizio 50, Tizio 35 and Tizio Micro, as well as modern LED table light. Tizio can also be transformed into a standing lamp by mounting it on a separately available column.
