The Origins

In the Turciù series, the first lamp created by Enzo Catellani, the name derives from the arbitrary shaping and bending of the flexible arms, primarily emphasizing the possibility of interaction with the lamp as an object-subject.

Thanks to a variety of flexible arms, typical for Catellani & Smith, the dynamics and flow of the Turciu wall and ceiling light can be spontaneously changed depending on the room situation. The light and functionality of the individual light arms combine to create an effective design object that enhances any living space in an impressive way.
