Four opal glass spheres are arranged squarely in a filigree cage made of brass-coloured metal rods in the large ceiling lamp of the "Lingotto" series by the manufacturer Ideal Lux. Each of the spherical diffusers contains an E14 socket. Overall, the construction appears stable and yet incredibly filigree. The base plate in black contrasts attractively with the diffusers of the luminaire and perfectly matches the brass of the thin metal rods, which in themselves act as a shield around the white glass spheres. The clarity of the form and the appealing mix of materials and colours underline the value and balance of this ceiling lamp.
