Complaints about a product.

Complaints about products should not happen, but they can. Whether due to manufacturer or transport damage - we will find a solution together. 

We ask you to check the goods  immediately after receipt for visual damage and to inform us promptly in such a case.

In order to process the complaint, please send us an e-mail stating your order or customer number to [email protected] 

with photos clearly showing the defects described. We will then forward this directly to the manufacturer.

As soon as we have received a reply from the manufacturer, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.  

Returns.

It is a pity that the order apparently did not fit completely. Please check first whether there is an alternative use alternative use for For your order. This could help to avoid unnecessary and environmentally damaging shipping routes. Thank you very much for your efforts at this point!

Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within the framework of the right of withdrawal. At Skapetze this right of withdrawal is valid for 2 months.

For entrepreneurs of all kinds, the right of withdrawal according to §355 BGB does not apply.

  • If the return is unavoidable, please fill out the return slip (photo) that you received together with your shipment e-mail . Please inform us here of the reason for the return. 
  • In order to protect the environment, the return costs must be borne by the buyer. We hope for your understanding. You can return the goods to us using a shipping service provider of your choice.
  • Please enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice with your package so that our returns department can process your return quickly.

  • It takes approximately 3-5 days for the package to arrive at our warehouse.
  • Once the return has reached us, you will receive either a refund via the original payment method used or a next day credit. This can take up to 14 days.
  • Please note that personalised products that are specially configured or rebuilt for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

Can I combine multiple returns into one package?

Yes, but please make sure that you indicate this on the return slip.

For Amazon customers, the transaction numbers are sufficient.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and original packaging. The item must be resalable.
  • Original labels may be attached to lamps and lights. These must not be removed.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (conversions, drilling, cutting of products as well as, individual extensions of cables & suspensions).
  • There is no right of withdrawal for companies of any kind according to §355 BGB.
