Elegant glass lamp
The s.LUCE Orb pendant luminaires cause astonished looks with their restrained and elegant design. At the same time, the glass spheres seem to effortlessly adapt to any interior style and bring a breath of fresh air to your interior in no time at all. Equipped with an E27 socket, you can determine the light colour and brightness yourself via the illuminant. Vintage light bulbs with visible "filaments" in the luminaire look particularly good.
Your configuration options
Especially in a combination of several pendant luminaires, the s.LUCE Orb pendant luminaires unfold their charm. With the help of the SLV 1-circuit track system, you can easily combine the pendant luminaires as 2, 3, 4 or 5 units and operate them via a single power outlet. You can choose from the following configuration options:
Colour of the canopy
Choose the colour of the track system according to your personal preferences. The white track system blends into the background on the white ceiling, while the black version is a striking and elegant eye-catcher.
Colour
The s.LUCE Orb pendant lamp is optionally available with a chrome-coloured or black socket, each with a clear glass sphere, or with a golden socket in combination with the smoked-coloured glass sphere. Choose your favourite.
Size
Simply choose the size of the pendant lights according to your personal preferences. The lamps can be chosen in the sizes Ø 20cm, Ø 30cm or Ø 40cm.
Power supply
The power supply for the track system is provided by the so-called feeder. Depending on the position of your power outlet, choose a centre feeder for use within the track or an end feeder for use at the beginning/end of the track system. If you use the centre feeder, the track must be divided.
Model
You can configure 2-5 luminaires for your individual luminaire combination. For example, select "for 3 luminaires" to order a 3-lamp combination. The luminaires are delivered pre-assembled on the pendant luminaire adapters enclosed.
Measuring the suspension of the track system correctly
A track system in combination with pendant luminaires is typically used above a dining table, kitchen island or breakfast bar. To determine the suspension, measure the height of the table to the top edge of the tabletop. Subtract this value, as well as the desired distance to the tabletop, from the room height to obtain your total suspension. Please use our sketch for this purpose.

Tips from our lighting experts
As a rule of thumb, for example for installation above the dining table, a distance of 70-90cm from the tabletop to the lower edge of the luminaire applies. This ensures that you can still look at the person sitting opposite you and that no disturbing elements are in the way. Of course, you can deviate from these values and adapt the suspension to your individual needs. When installing above a kitchen island, the same guidelines apply. In addition, make sure that you can move freely while cooking. As a rule, combinations of 3 or 5 luminaires look particularly harmonious:
- 3 x Orb Ø 20cm pendant luminaires for smaller dining tables
- 5 x Orb Ø 20cm pendant luminaires for large dining tables with low ceilings
- 3 x Orb Ø 30cm pendant lights for medium to large dining tables
- 2-3 x Orb Ø 40cm pendant lights to fill the air space floating lightly
Can be extended at any time
The 1-phase track system can be extended and additional luminaires added at any time. Order additional connectors and tracks to easily extend the system or add additional pendant luminaires or spots to the track system. There are no limits to your creativity.
