String XL is the extra large version of String floor lamp. It is an adjustable floor lamp designed to illuminate an area of the house from above: a corner of the sofa, the dining table, the work area. The lamp has two arms and is made of extruded aluminium with a very rigid and light double-T section. The swivel head is made of die-cast aluminium and has a polycarbonate look, while the stand is in steel. The movement of the lamp is compensated by the elastic black cord, which is coated with synthetic fabric running in the extrusion. The dimmer button is located in the lower arm of the lamp.
