What are the advantages of a 230 V 2-phase track?

In addition to the possibility of connecting several luminaires despite the fact that only one connection point is available, there are numerous other advantages that such a lamp track offers. In contrast to a system with only one phase, a two-phase track system makes it possible to set up two switching circuits. Each phase can be switched or dimmed individually, creating different lighting scenes.

If, for example, there are a total of five luminaires on the track with two on the first and three on the second phase, it is not always necessary for all five lamps to be on at the same time, but only the two on the first phase can be switched on.
