Brokis Table Lamp Macaron S
The Macaron table lamp is a tribute to the beauty and complex structures of crystalline stone. Enclosed in opposing domes of delicate hand-blown glass, the stone becomes a moonscape floating in its own cosmos. The light source radiates upwards from the onyx base to activate the meandering chalcedony veins in the central onyx plate, creating a subtle and fascinating lighting effect. The concept is based on the principle of lighting stones, and the name refers to the similarity of the light in its shape to the famous French meringue confection. Natural imperfections in the glass and the variety of structures in the stone make each light a unique original. The purity of the natural materials and the craftsmanship have resulted in an extraordinary ambience. Macaron is made using traditional techniques and is characteristic of the distinctive and enduring aesthetic of the Brokis brand. Macaron is available in three sizes - the largest of which also makes an attractive floor lamp - and in various glass colours with white or honey onyx.
