This sparkling Riesling is an alternative to wine and sparkling wine. Pure, on ice or as a filler for drinks and cocktails, it is a carefree pleasure. Ideal for all those who want or have to do without alcohol.
The exquisite Riesling is de-alcoholised under vacuum and refined with a little carbonic acid. The carbonic acid pleasantly highlights the lively aroma of yellow fruits. The acidity of the Riesling and the natural sweetness of the Riesling grape complement each other perfectly. The addition of artificial sugar or flavourings is deliberately avoided.
A tangy, fresh and authentic wine pleasure that can be used in many ways, whether neat, on ice or also as a mixer for delicious drinks!
