Luceplan Lola Paolo Rizzatto and Alberto Meda 1987
The Lola Parete wall lamp was designed in 1987 by Paolo Rizzatto and Alberto Meda for the Italian manufacturer Luceplan. The wall lamp with its memorable graceful triangular shape brings lightness and a youthful accent into every room. This extraordinary mixture probably also convinced the jury of the Compasso D'Oro Award, because in 1989 the big sister of the wall lamp, the Lola Terra floor lamp, was awarded with this much sought-after design prize. Consisting of the thermoplastic polyester Rynit, made of Pyrex glass, these Lola Parete lamps become innovative contemporary wall lamps, which on the one hand stand for first-class quality and on the other hand impress with their affordable price. The Lola Parete wall lamp is also available as Lola Terra floor lamp, which you can discover under the Lola "Collection".
