A very popular element of Tom Dixon, is the vacuum metallisation of his designer lamps. This process makes the lamps look like a solid metal body with a perfect, smooth surface that reflects the space around it.

The Tom Dixon lamps are available in the colours black or copper. If the colour copper is chosen, the lamp receives a fine copper layer on its plastic surface, while the inside of a black copper lamp is silver-plated.

So that the outside can convince with a black, smooth surface, noble glossy lacquer is applied. Both designs lend cosy charm to any environment and convince with pleasantly warm lighting.
