The Italian designer of the well-known top brand Studio Italia took over the management of the family business at the age of 18. He studied at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Venice. His designs made the company more modern. He himself designed the series Kelly, Nautilus and Valentina.
The Managing Director and Designer of Studio Italia: Andrea Tosetto
Andrea Tosetto was born in Mestre, Italy in 1959. He graduated from the Venice School of Art and Academy of Fine Arts. At the age of just 18, he took over the family business Studio Italia Design as managing director. From this point on, the classic style changed into a hip and imaginative style. This made Studio Italia a top brand and company regionally and internationally.
Its most famous bravura pieces are the "Nautilus" collection. The wall, ceiling and pendant lamps focus the light through a movable round lampshade. The "Kelly" collection - inspires everyone with the underside of the lamp head, through a leaf-shaped hole structure and the Valentina lamps - enchant everyone with their crystal glass design. Since 2013, his son Massimiliano Tosetto has been a member of the company.
