Pendant lamp Secto Small 4201 made of wood Ø 25cm
The Finnish company Secto Design was founded in 1995 in Espoo and specialises in handmade wooden lamps. All lamps were designed by Seppo Koho. The wonderful lampshades create a special atmosphere, do not dazzle and serve both as an eye-catcher and as a source to highlight certain objects with soft light. Environmental friendliness and ecology are very important to Secto Desing. Thus, all lights are made of PEFC-certified Finnish birch. The wood has short transport routes and waste materials are recycled. As illuminants, Secto Design recommends the use of energy-saving bulbs. The lamps by Secto Design are popular all over the world. The lampshades manufactured in Finland are exported to 75 percent.

"I really enjoy turning sketches into wooden prototypes with my hands. Discovering a concrete solution for the implementation of a detail after persistent experimentation is a fascinating experience!" explains architect Seppo Koho, the designer of the Secto Design luminaires.
